Fisherman Derek Thorman has been bringing his fish van to park in front of Matthews Hall for more than 25 years. Every Saturday morning, he brings fish and shellfish direct from Exmouth or Brixham as well as whatever fish he has caught himself and hand-picked crab from his own pots (in season).  The range on offer is always fresh-off-the-boats and varies through the seasons. Derek is expert at preparing fish as you would like it and he can also advise on cooking methods and times. He can also source live or cooked Lyme Bay lobsters.
