Located in a former dairy, Denley’s understated façade belies the tardis-like restaurant inside which can accommodate 50 people in sophisticated and comfortable surroundings.

In November 2011 Denley’s Essence of India was voted one of the top 100 Indian restaurants in the UK, being awarded a coveted 5 star Gold Plaque, making it the best Indian restaurant in Devon. Not surprisingly, it has become a destination for those who appreciate and love authentic award-winning Indian cuisine. There is an extensive drinks menu, including wines and beers, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
